Moved to sunny Florida in 1989 and love living here. I married Sean Hawker in 1997 and we have a girl, Sarah (7) and a boy, Alex (5). I took a huge leap of faith in September and left the insurance industry after 12 years of work as a workers compensation adjuster. I have come full circle and am working as a paralegal for the attorney who first took me under his wing so many years ago. It is a lot less stressful and the work is so much more rewarding. It is wonderful to be appreciated for the work I do! My husband Sean is now a stay at home dad due to a career ending automobile accident which hurt his back. He can't chase bad guys any longer (he was a deputy in Lee County), which was heart breaking, but necessary due to his back injury. Trust in God has been our mantra the last two years. HE has kept us going!!! |
